Introduction: Leadership, something profoundly missing in action. We can hear the people all over the world, communities, nations, crying and groaning for a leader or a savior. It is quite humorous, and absurdly ludicrous, the new sensation with this fad of, “Alphas.” Everything you have heard pertaining an, “alpha,” especially the way it has been presented is, futile, ridiculous, and incorrect.
